The Vision
The FNB Future League Graduate Programme is a dynamic 12-month initiative designed to transform recent graduates into strategic thinkers and leaders. It is structured to provide real-world experience and offers rotational exposure across various business units, including digital and data analytics, risk and compliance, investment and retail banking, software development and cybersecurity, as well as business analysis and client engagement.
As part of their talent sourcing strategy, FNB aimed to target graduates at various career expos to connect and profile local potential candidates for the programme. They needed an event marketing agency to help develop and execute a brand activation strategy.
Our Strategy & Approach
Inspired by the ‘Navigate Your Future’ campaign, we transformed the message into a dynamic brand activation. Expo stands were designed as immersive environments, showcasing a bold colour palette and powerful brand presence. To extend impact, the activation hit the road, evolving into a national university roadshow that connected directly with students, sparked curiosity, and inspired future-forward conversations.

Event Execution
The activation became the central point of student interaction, designed to reinforce the campaign tagline, “If you’re ready for the future, we’re ready for you” In collaboration with a specialist AI company, we created an immersive environment where students could envision their career paths. The AI activation enabled them to select from a range of future-focused personas, which were then superimposed onto their own photographs, providing a highly personalised experience.
Our delivery included:
