The Vision
Combined Developers is a niche property development company providing end-to-end solutions — from land acquisition and negotiation, through to service installation and full construction delivery. With over 34 years of experience in premium real estate, they’ve built a strong reputation as leaders in residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
After another highly productive year, the team was eager to celebrate their achievements and reconnect outside the workplace. To mark the occasion, Combined Developers sought an events partner who could design and manage an impressive year-end celebration that would inspire collaboration, strengthen team spirit, and set a positive tone for the year ahead.
Our Strategy & Approach
To create an impactful experience for the Combined Developers team, we selected an exclusive wine estate in Cape Town — a stunning venue that offered the perfect balance of elegance and natural beauty. As the venue was hired as a blank facility, our team managed the complete event infrastructure setup from concepts to installation.
The layout was designed to make the most of the estate’s breath taking vineyard views. An outdoor bar and social area were positioned on the lawns, encouraging guests to mingle and enjoy the scenery, while the elegant indoor space featured a dining area, bar, and dance floor with an effortless flow throughout the evening.
Hospitality took the form of an elevated, upmarket barbeque served in the courtyard, complemented by relaxed outdoor seating for guests who preferred to dine under the stars.
The event aesthetic combined a natural, organic theme with a modern twist featuring stylish furniture, lush floral décor, and warm lighting to create an atmosphere of understated sophistication.
Event Execution
The Combined Developers team enjoyed a relaxed and engaging evening that celebrated connection, appreciation, and shared success. The event provided an opportunity to recognise key contributors, reflect on the company’s achievements over the past year, and inspire alignment and motivation for the year ahead.
Guests moved freely between the elegant indoor and scenic outdoor areas, enjoying fine food, refreshing beverages, and the beautiful surroundings of the wine estate.
